Overview

We started making cedar products 20 years ago, for the fact that when you make shoes that are timeless classics you should also make the highest quality shoe trees so that customers can protect and preserve their footwear. Sourced from the best cedar trees in Arkansas, our shoe and wardrobe-care products have an attractive red hue because 75% of the wood we use is from the water conducting heartwood of the plant; a key factor in keeping your apparel dry and free of damaging molds. So whether you are looking to safeguard your shoes, clothes, ties or belt, our cedar products (which also naturally repel moths) make sure your Allen Edmonds shoes and other attire endure as long as their style.

Reviews
Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hangers, but a bit pricy Theses are very nice pants hangers, and they hold the pants very tightly, even without cuffs. At $5.00 each, they are a bit pricy....but, they are much better than any other similar products I have found. August 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent quality and utility. The price is reasonable, and I could not find any comparable pant hangers in any stores. This is an old-time yet essential accessory for preserving trousers. July 11, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good to hank a kilt! I use it to hang my kilt. I would like it even better if it were about3 inches wider. May 25, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Won't stay latched These hangers look great. The problem is, every time you move them or bump them the latch comes open and the pants fall out. July 19, 2015

Just a quick question, I recently received my order of cedar pant hangers by Allen Edmonds.

I was wondering: How do I hang my pants? Do I fold them and hang them upside down? do I hang them by the waste?

Sorry if this seems like an elementary question.

These hangers are designed to hand your pants from the bottom...as are most of these types of hangers.

I hang the pants from the cuffs, or from the bottom, and they hang upside down.

Answer:
Always hang the pants by the bottom (upside down). The weight of the pants will help to alleviate the wrinkles in the fabric. And the cedar pant hangers from AE really grip well! Most others do not.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Allen Edmonds.

Typically pants are folded when using our Cedar Pant Hanger; however, there is no right or wrong way to use the product. Ultimately, what each individual chooses is their own decision; the choice between the two comes down to individual preference.
