Mayfair - Plain-toe Lace-up Oxford Men's Formal Shoes by Allen Edmonds
Almost any night of the week in Mayfair, one of London's most prestigious neighborhoods, you will probably see someone in formalwear stepping out of a Rolls-Royce as they head to a function at the US Embassy, the Royal Academy of Arts or one of the famous museums or hotels that dot the area. To capture the culture and grace of this area near Hyde Park, we crafted this plain-toe black patent leather to go with all manner of formal attire, from dark suits and tuxes to tails and morning coats. Sculpted on the 65-Last, this shoe's long and narrow profile highlights the quality of the black patent leather, which in turn allows your clothes to look their best. Furthermore, the blucher design gives you that great fit needed for a night spent dancing or networking, while placing the three eyelets higher on the vamp means they won't get caught on the unbroken hem of your tuxedo pants. Finished off with a single oak leather sole which has been lacquered black for continuity, the Mayfair is the kind of shoe to wear when you want to make a splash on either side of The Pond.
