3 Harbour - Men's Handsewn Casual Boat Shoes by Allen Edmonds Look up the word Harbour (or Harbor) in the dictionary and you'll see the concepts used to define it - words like "a shelter" and "place of refuge and fortification" - will tell you a lot about the reasoning behind naming this shoe. Starting with the 2592-Last design, which has heel-to-toe padding and a full toe, this boat shoe provides the conformed fit and protection you want in a shoe that can be worn bare foot. For your security, the Ridged rubber sole will provide grip on slippery wharfs and will also afford you the kind of strength and flexibility you want in for long walks on the beach. Despite making this shoe considerate and dependable, we didn't disregard its appearance. On the contrary, this handsewn camp moccasin comes in three colors – red, blue and tan – of distressed leather, giving it that time-honored broken-in look that will go great with your favorite pair of jeans or coolest Bermuda shorts. These are a very nice pair of boat shoes at a very nice pricepoint. Way better than Sperry/Sebago. Also, they look sleeker, even though the sole is thicker.
The colors are way better looking in person. The tan one is pretty nice and breaks in very nicely. When I saw them in person, I thought they were a new model I haven't seen - juste to tell you how different they look.
If you were wondering where are the AE boat shoes because you'd rather buy them here then from sebago/sperry, here they are. Do not hesitate.

I recently purchased these in brown and had them broken-in within 5 minutes. They look great with no socks. Classic summer shoes that look great with jeans, linen trousers, chinos, or shorts! Durable soles and laces. Sizing was accurate. The wax coating makes them resistant to stains and easy to clean. They have a rugged, worn-in look that give them a distinct character. Highly recommended for any gentlemen who wants a timeless, durable classic!

Had a difficult time choosing between the blue and tan. Decided on the tan for everyday outfit compatibility.
Great quality, fit and feel. I especially like the distressed waxed leather. Gives it an immediate broken in look, yet the wax will allow it to become personalized over time, and keeps it from looking like every other boat shoe on the market right now.
Look forward to wearing these for years.

The Harbour is one of our Handsewn styles, constructed on our 2592 Last which features a round, fuller toe. The 2492 Last accommodates a full sock liner with a heel-to-toe padding. By selecting shoes manufactured on the same last that most resembles the contours of one’s feet, customers will achieve a superior fit.

Typically the same size and last can be ordered in all of our shoes. However, each style can fit differently based on individual foot shape. The best way to get a proper fit is to visit a master fitter in one of our retail stores. If this is not possible, keep in mind that products purchased on allenedmonds.com may be returned at any time, as long as the item is unused and accompanied by the packing slip. Trying the shoes on a carpeted surface will help prevent scuffing on the sole and keep the shoe in returnable condition.

No, the only boat shoe we currently offer in Navy is the Harbour style.

How To Measure Your Feet For The Best Fit

With more and more customers preferring the convenience of online shopping, we've developed easy-to-use tools to help ensure you take accurate measurements and get the proper fit with your shoes. To get a truly professional fitting, we recommend visiting an Allen Edmonds Master Fitter at any one of our retail stores. However, if an Allen Edmonds store is not located near you, this Shoe Fit Guide is designed to help ensure your Allen Edmonds shoes are the best possible fit.

Helpful Tools

Tip #1: Measure At A Time That Fits
Feet tend to swell in different circumstances and at different times of the day. We suggest you measure your feet during the midday or late afternoon after you have been on your feet for some time.

Tip #2: Wear Socks When Measuring
Wear the type of socks that you'll likely be wearing with your new shoes, as the thickness of the socks may affect your measurements.

Tip #3: Stand Straight and Balanced
When you do the measuring, be sure both feet are on the ground and you're balanced and straight to get the proper foot placement.

Tip #4: Get Someone To Help You
You need to have a friend help you take the measurements because if you were to try to take your measurements yourself, when bending down to mark your length and width, your sizing would be affected. Make sure your friend takes your measurements looking straight down at the Shoe Fit Guide. Even viewing it at a slight angle may affect the outcome.

Tip #5: Give Yourself A Bit of Room
If your measurement is on a length line, we recommend you go to the next half-size longer in order to give your toes a bit of room.

Tip #6: One Foot Larger Is Common
Almost everyone has one foot larger than the other. The key is to determine your size from the measurement of the larger of your two feet. And obviously, be sure to measure both feet.
