Since I am one of those people who must have everything in a straight line in the closet, this hanger was just what I wanted. I bought them only to hang my dress pants (those that are not part of a suit) and I needed for all the hangers to be the same kind and size. So far, I have three of them (since I bought the 3-pack). I was somewhat dissapointed that the rod wasn't smoother, but it was smooth enough I think that it will not damage my pants. I like the metal AE tag that is tacked to the middle since it accents things nicely. I intend to buy five more 3-packs. That will complete my pants department in my closet. They are nicer than the Brooks Brothers hangars that came with my pants.

The quality is pretty good overall. T
The pant rod does feel a bit flimsy, but I have not had any break on me as of yet.
The two main factors that led me to give a lower rating were the branding on the hangar and the price.
None of the other Allen Edmond's products I have purchased (shoes and belts mostly) have the brand obnoxiously displayed on them and I am disappointed that these do even if they are removable with a small screwdriver.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I ordered three, three packs of these cedar pant hangers. I expected the best from Allen Edmonds. On 2/3 of them, the rod to hang the pants easily is removed from the hangers. On 3 of them, I cannot open the hanger without the rod falling off.
They smell great, though, and do a great job on suit coats.
No, I do not recommend this product.

How To Measure Your Feet For The Best Fit

With more and more customers preferring the convenience of online shopping, we've developed easy-to-use tools to help ensure you take accurate measurements and get the proper fit with your shoes. To get a truly professional fitting, we recommend visiting an Allen Edmonds Master Fitter at any one of our retail stores. However, if an Allen Edmonds store is not located near you, this Shoe Fit Guide is designed to help ensure your Allen Edmonds shoes are the best possible fit.

Helpful Tools

Tip #1: Measure At A Time That Fits
Feet tend to swell in different circumstances and at different times of the day. We suggest you measure your feet during the midday or late afternoon after you have been on your feet for some time.

Tip #2: Wear Socks When Measuring
Wear the type of socks that you'll likely be wearing with your new shoes, as the thickness of the socks may affect your measurements.

Tip #3: Stand Straight and Balanced
When you do the measuring, be sure both feet are on the ground and you're balanced and straight to get the proper foot placement.

Tip #4: Get Someone To Help You
You need to have a friend help you take the measurements because if you were to try to take your measurements yourself, when bending down to mark your length and width, your sizing would be affected. Make sure your friend takes your measurements looking straight down at the Shoe Fit Guide. Even viewing it at a slight angle may affect the outcome.

Tip #5: Give Yourself A Bit of Room
If your measurement is on a length line, we recommend you go to the next half-size longer in order to give your toes a bit of room.

Tip #6: One Foot Larger Is Common
Almost everyone has one foot larger than the other. The key is to determine your size from the measurement of the larger of your two feet. And obviously, be sure to measure both feet.
