Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Vintage and Modern Simultaneity I bought this belt to compliment my brown Normandy boots and I must say, although the the brown on the belt is a little light--the tweed provides the perfect juxtaposition for the vintage of the military style boot. I received a compliment to the tune of, "My grandfather would have LOVED this belt." It was both sincere and heartwarming and left me feeling both refined and mature. I have never owned a belt that has provoked such a profound compliment. And for the price? No questions asked. January 11, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great casual belt and match verything very easy to wear with many different casual dressing cloth , great for jeans!!. It is also has a nice modern style and not too busy. June 21, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good looking, quality, pain in the neck. As long as I'm not putting it on or taking it off a pair of pants, I love this belt. The squared off end makes it difficult to negotiate the belt loops even on a pair of jeans; and when removing the belt from a pair of pants, the width of the belt means that you have to pull the belt through one belt loop at a time. It's worth the extra effort as when on it's quite stylish and comfortable. It also seems well made and I expect it to be a durable piece of my wardrobe for years to come. June 7, 2015

Answer:
Our belts are measured from the inside edge of the buckle to the center hole. Because of this, we recommend selecting a belt one full size larger than your waist size. If he's in-between sizes, we suggest trying the next size up which would be a 34.

Tweed was an obvious different color and the belt leather trim was much lighter brown than the boots. The picture looked like a match but what I received was not even close. Any solution for me?

Answer:
Hi Dale. Great question. Most guys don't think much about the old "rules" about leather, but be careful to not become too overly concerned. Know the rules so that you know when to bend them. As long as it is "in the color family" you'll be fine. Your fabrics, colors and textures should more compliment, rather than rigorously match. Those Shaker boots seem to be a nice medium brown leather and olive based tweed, as is the Logan belt (the tweed weavers try to "echo" nature). It'll work fine with your moleskin, wool or suede vests, corduroy trousers and complimentary (read that: not necessarily matching) tweed jacket. Don't forget a silk pocket square for a bit of extra color and BTW, grab a color wheel online, my friend; it's a handy tool!

Answer:
The Logan Ave belt style is typically recommended for the Shaker Heights boot in black leather; the brown leather version of this belt however was not intended to match the brown Shaker Heights. We recommend pairing brown Shaker Heights with the Cut Bank belt in Saddle Leather or the Dearborn belt in Bourbon as they will complement the boots nicely.
