Our Recrafting process is unique and proprietary and, as it replicates our manufacturing process, can only be offered through our own manufacturing locations. Any other offer or claim to do so is not authorized by our company.

Prior work on Allen-Edmonds shoes by other cobblers may prevent a shoe from being able to go through our Recrafting process. Italian slip-on shoes and some woven shoes cannot go through this process due to their construction. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept footwear with cut, torn or scuffed uppers or badly cracked lining leathers. Older Vibram or rubber outsoles will be replaced with current soles. Suede and nubuck shoes will be cleaned rather than refinished.
