| Allen-Edmonds shoes are made so well we can actually restore them to a near-new condition with our exclusive Recrafting process. Think of it as reinvesting in a prized possession.
When you send your shoes in for Recrafting, our experts will first free the uppers from worn soles. Stretched over the proper last, the original uppers become shoes again through our unique manufacturing process. After your shoes are re-welted, soled and heeled, old finishes are carefully removed from the leather and new polishes and waxes applied. In about four weeks, shoes that look surprisingly new are returned to you.
Sending in your shoes for Recrafting is simple.
If you are in the United States, follow these three steps: Step 1: Complete the recraft order form. Click here to download the form. Step 2: Pack up your shoes and attach our free, postage paid mailing label. Click here to create and print your label.
Step 3: Apply the mailing label to the package and take the package to any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet®. Or leave the package with any UPS driver.

*Prior work on Allen Edmonds shoes by other cobblers may prevent us from Recrafting a pair of shoes. Due to special construction methods, our Italian shoes, Allen Edmonds Seven™, driving moccasins, Casual Comfort Collection and some handsewn and woven styles cannot be Recrafted. Obsolete Vibram or rubber soles will be replaced with current soles. To properly preserve their unique materials, suede and nubuck shoes will be cleaned rather than refinished.
