Could not keep my shoes tied with a standard, slippery shoe string. These came standard with an AE shoe purchase and now all my dress shoes are under control with these AE waxed laces. Just the right amount of "stickiness" to keep them tied and tight for a 12 hour day at the jobsite. Thanks AE !

The combination of good quality and great price make these laces an excellent value. I have these on 4 different pairs of AE shoes and each one is grippy - the waxed texture is fantastic at keeping them from coming untied even after an entire day's wear. There is absolutely no reason I can imagine to purchase imported sub-par laces.

The Clifton style uses a pair of 27" basic glazed laces. The do not offer this size online, however the 30" laces will work for this style as well. We recommend the black laces for the Black leather, and the brown laces for the Brown or Walnut leather.11 months ago
