    Size & Fit Guide

Our belts are measured from the inside edge of the buckle to the center hole. Because of this, we recommend selecting a belt one full size larger than your waist size. For example, if the waist size on your slacks or pant size is a 36" we recommend ordering a 38" belt.

Manufactured with five distinct belt holes, placed 1 inch apart from one another.

Clay Ave Belt is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice, versatile belt. Really nice very versatile belt. You can use this belt with jeans, slacks, chinos or even with dressier suits. Combines very well with my merlot McAllister shoes as well as with reddish brown Dalton boots. Quality of the leather is very good, so i expect that i am going to be able to enjoy my purchase for many years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine quality appearance based on 30 days use, worn 5 times I wish the belt, any belt, came in the Merlot shade to match the shoes from Allen Edmonds that I bought last year, this oxblood is close but not exactly. $105 seems pricey for a leather dress belt.

Would oxblood Clay Ave go well with saddle brown Vernon shoe and dark chili LAX derby shoe?

    Asked by: KCM
I hear o blood or burgundy goes with everything but I try to match my belt to my shoes. The oxblood I think would go with most outfits if you wanted to wear something besides black shoes.

Does the Oxblood color match the old Merlot color?

I am in need of a new belt to match a pair of Merlot dress shoes I bought a while back. I can't find a Merlot color belt in my size anywhere. Is this one close enough for me to match effectively?
    Asked by: Jack111
    I think it would work

Will this belt be a exact match for Leeds 2.0 Derby in 1431 Oxblood Calf?

I see that both the belt and the shoes are oxblood but based on the picture the belt look to be a darker shade of oxblood and the color code for the belt is 75135 vs 1431 for the shoes.
    Asked by: Chris112233
I don't have the Leeds 2.0 derby in oxbloods so I can't speak specifically to matching with them. But I found the Clay belt in the oxblood to be a lighter shade of oxblood than is shown in the pictures, so it may be a closer match than it appears from the website. Best of luck.

    Nickel?

I realize your belt product information indicates, "silver plated", but assume most of the metal is either nickel or steel. Will you please confirm if the belt is nickel free? (Allergy to nickel)
    Asked by: Anonymous
The buckle is stamped solid brass. Not sure what the ratio is between copper and some other metal. Could be nickel.
