    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

    Classic Fit

Most people consider a “classic” fit to be a “standard” fit. This fit more closely aligns with the natural shape of your feet.

Factory 2nd - Randolph Penny Loafers is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Product Ran significantly larger than my other pair of 10.5D Randolphs when it was the same size. It was both wider and longer, my heel easily slipped outl

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Runs super small I purchased these shoes online, but went into a store to get sized before I bought them. The shoes that arrived are super tight over the bridge of my foot. I wore them a few times hoping that they would stretch out/mold to my feet but they didn't. I've stopped wearing them because they hurt so bad, but can't return them because they've been worn. If your feet have a high bridge be very careful/particular about sizing before buying these shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get a proper size fitting in the store, and you will be happy Get a proper size fitting in the store, and you will be very pleased with these shoes. I got these loafers off of the website on sale. When they arrived, they turned out to be a bit narrow. This surprised me because I have two pair of Park Avenue‘s, and the 13 E fits me perfectly. I went to a local Allen Edmond shoe store. The clerk explained that the last ( shoe mold) is slightly different for the loafers. I was re-fitted for a 13 EEE. The clerk had a pair shipped directly from the factory to my house for free. I received the shoes three days later, and they fit perfectly. Great customer service!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Runs a size larger I ordered this shoe as a factory second as it was a great deal. I ordered it a half size smaller than I usually wear as I have other AE loafers in size 11D. I usually wear and 11.5D in oxfords/boots and I ordered an 11D thinking it would be a great fit as the two other pair of the AE loafers I have run large, both are size 11D. I received the loafer, slipped them on, and slipped out of them as they were still to big. I have not worn a 10.5D since I was in middle school. I sent them back and called customer service to ask that I not be charged for the restocking fee and I would like the smaller size only to be told NO and that it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. Technically yes I did order the wrong size, however, given that I have had a dozen or so AE shoes and have never worn a 10.5D, I would say there should be a disclaimer on the description that they run large. Not to mention the customer service was not great and proceeded to give me phone numbers for three different stores to order a replacement. Thanks, but not going to be calling all over America to order shoes.

How does the size compare to the 65 last?

I have a pair of Boulevard Cap Toes in 10.5 D that fit well in the 65 last. Would a 10.5 D in this shoe fit the same?
    Asked by: Corey
It is vitally important to visit an Allen Edmonds retail store or retail partner for a professional fitting to increase your chances of finding a proper fit. If that's not possible, typically we recommend trying the same size you usually wear and judge the fit based on how comfortable you feel in the shoes.   Keep in mind that products purchased on AllenEdmonds.com may be returned as long as the item is unused and accompanied by the packing slip.  Trying the shoes on a carpeted surface will help prevent scuffing on the sole and keep the shoes in returnable condition.
