    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

    Classic Fit

Most people consider a “classic” fit to be a “standard” fit. This fit more closely aligns with the natural shape of your feet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I just love this shoe it is my second pair. This is a great shoe has some unique lines and I have been impressed with the comfort. They do run a bit big but the half size was tight. The blue sole is unique and I receive a significant amount of complements on the color scheme. The black leather is soft and the tan highlights make the shoe pop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Customer I'm three months into a customer relationship with Allen Edmonds. My young, but quickly growing collection of Allen Edmonds shoes includes two pairs of 5th Avenues; which sits proudly in my closet with a pair of McAllister, Park Avenue, Strand and Strandmok. If you do the math, you'll notice that I invested over $1,000 in shoes. And, if I didn't think Allen Edmonds weren't a quality shoe, I wouldn't spend hard earned money on their product. Therefore, it bothers me to give Allen Edmonds an unsatisfactory grade on recently purchased (received on 6/5/2018) Factory 2nd black and blue Standmok, and a new (first class) pair of Brown Standmok. I won't get into the Brown Standmoks; now, however, I plan to leave an unsatisfactory review on them as well. Nonetheless, I am very disappointed in the Factory 2nd black and blue Standmok. My intent was to use this shoe as my beater. Meaning, my "go-to" shoe whenever I'm running errands and don't want to wear athletic shoes. Therefore, a pristine pair of shoes wasn't needed or expected. But, there's no way I can wear a pair of shoes where one shoe (left - feels like a 8E) is considerably larger than the other (right - feels like an 8EE/EEE). Plus the quality (feel) of the leather is much worse than my other Standmok shoes. Honestly, the inside on these shoes feel like a cardboard box! Allen Edmonds, I urge you to pay attention to your customers. As I mentioned before, I spent over $1,000 in April for six pairs of shoes and a few hundred more on matching belts. Ergo, I consider myself as a partner/client oppose to customer. The difference between the two is loyalty. If you want your customers' loyalty, I suggest that you enhance your quality. If not, we (your customers) will shop elsewhere, and as a result your bottom line will suffer, people will lose their jobs, and you could be the next retail company that goes out business. But, for now, I'm returning the two pairs that I received yesterday ASAP.

How do you shine or polish without losing the look?

Great looking shoe, but how do you get these shined, scuff makes removed without losing the contrast of leather (tan) and black? Seems to me that if you shine the shoes you will fill in the holes and cutouts that make these shoes so appealing. Who has shined them and how?
    Asked by: christopher
If you would like to maintain the look, we would recommend using neutral polish. The neutral polish will maintain the look without closing any holes on the shoes. -AE Consumer Care Dept.

    Comparable Fit??

I have a pair of the Oak Street shoes and love them, but wear a half size smaller than normal. Would the same logic hold true since this shoe is made on the same last??
    Asked by: ajkr711
I do not own the Oak Streets but find the Strandmok to be very true to size.
