STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

Kenwood Penny Loafer is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 87.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shoes are well made and stylish. This is my seventh pair of Allen Edmonds shoes. The first time I wore this particular pair they were very uncomfortable. In am still trying to break them in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird Colors ? I ordered a pair of Burgundy ( cordovan) loafers. Somebody in design decided that they should have black or a dark color smeared over the vamp and toe box... looks terrible. I had to remove the stains with deglazer and polish with cordovan wax. They look much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fit and function Allen Edmonds' leather dress shoes are designed in a traditional manner, the last, the welt, the material, i.e. genuine leather and leather soles, making them a rare product in an age when products are routinely outsourced to foreign nations and a lower standard of quality is the expected norm. It is fortunate for those with discriminating taste and a need for good supportive footwear that such a product is still being produced in the United States. To find such U.S. made excellence in dress shoes for business wear is fortunate indeed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great looking casual shoe that I wear as part of a business casual outfit. Great looking casual shoe. I wear it as part of a business casual outfit. This is a very roomy shoe and runs a bit larger than my other Allen Edmonds shoes. The shoe has a glossy finish which offers a nice contrast to my other shoes, most of which have matte finishes. The leather is a little stiffer than my other shoes and is taking longer to break-in. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

Do you refurbish them for life of shoe? Cost to do so?

    Asked by: E
Allen Edmonds does have a shoe restoration department. The best thing to do is to call them directly and ask for services, costs, and turn around time. Because costs and work load can vary it is difficult to establish a fixed response to such questions that remain accurate.

I need a size 7 1/2 D. It's not shown on your web site. Will it become available?

    Asked by: Larkey
Production can ebb and flow depending upon present and changing needs. Please check the website periodically or simply call the company directly and ask for the Customer Service Department. They should be able to give the most accurate response to your question.

Cleaning and Polishing Question; Conflicting answers have been provided

For the Burgundy, one AE answer says Shoe Cream together with Carnauba Wax... Yet on the brown, which seems to be the same finish, AE recommends Leather Lotion only... I have purchased the cream and wax from you but don't know if this is proper. Which method of maintenance is correct? Thanks
    Asked by: Jon
Any natural polish. I use the AE brand.

    Place of Manufacture

The description of the Kenwood says that they are handcrafted in the Dominican Republic. After I purchased a pair I noticed that they are stamped on the insole "handcrafted in USA". So which is it? Not a complaint but just curious.
    Asked by: David
The production of the Kenwood was recently transferred from our Wisconsin factory to our Dominican Republic factory. It's possible you may have received a pair that was made in Wisconsin. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
