Buy online, pick-up in store is easy, fast, and convenient. Whether you’re traveling or just need something quickly. We can have your items ready for pick-up with in a couple of hours after you place your order. And if you’re an Allen Edmonds Collector using store pickup, log in before you checkout to receive a bonus reward.
Orders typically ready within 3 hours. All locations offer in-store pickup on in-stock items. In-store pickup is available during business hours, click HERE to find store hours and locations, .
Once your order is placed and you have received your confirmation email, follow the directions stated to pick-up your items.

Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to 60 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. There is a restocking fee of $25 per pair on Factory Second returns. We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. For all orders placed on our site please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process. You can also visit one of our stores to return or make an exchange. Please have your order confirmation number and bring your items in the original packaging.
