The Neumok is a six-eyelet balmoral with classic Allen Edmonds brogueing from heel to toe, all achieved on an unlined upper in your choice of two distinctive distressed leathers. Whichever leather you choose, each is extremely malleable, promising to give you a personal fit and that sought-after lived-in look from the first day you lace up the Neumok. A perfect contrast to the supple body of the shoe, the single leather butyl sole with a stylish split-reverse welt provides a strong profile that is further enhanced by its handsome toasted edge. For those looking for a fresh take on the wingtip that goes with today's unconstructed look, don't muck around with anything else!

Allen Edmonds Shoe Care

These types of leathers can be cleaned using a damp cloth to remove dirt and any residue. Follow by using a soft cloth to apply Allen Edmonds Leather Lotion, which has been specifically formulated for these leathers or our Allen Edmonds Saddle Soap which cleans all smooth leather shoes while restoring the leather's natural oils.

Neumok Wingtip Oxford is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 175.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, well made, casual shoe I have a pair of the Navy Neumoks. Even though the Nuemok is built on the 5-65, I found them to be a bit longer and slightly narrower than others shoes made on the last. I would suggest ordering a half size down. If you are between widths, sizing up would likely be a good idea. I can only echo what others have said, the Neumok is quite stunning in person. The pictures in no way did the Navy color full justice. The Navy color is deep and rich, the color can be worn all year around. With the Navy color, you are provided two pairs of laces, red and cream. This is a nice touch, as the red laces are great for summer, but as fall rolls in I will switch the the cream colored laces to give a more subdued look. The quality and comfort is high. I would highly reccomend the Neumok to anyone looking to add to their casual shoe collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This shoe is a classic I purchased this shoe in the brown leather. I was actually not even looking to buy shoes when it caught my eye in the store. I left that day but returned the following day and bought it. What a comfortable shoe right out of the box. This is probably my 20th pair of Allen Edmund shoes and I love them all. They are the highest quality shoe you can purchase and you really cannot wear them out, I just hand them down to my twin sons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable I wear these shoes regularly when traveling for work, walking miles/day through airports and cities. They are versatile (business/pleasure), stylish, and incredibly comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent value for a very attractive casual shoe Fit and function: I have a pretty much normal foot and for most shoes I'm just a tad under size 9US, just under medium width and not much asymmetry. The shoe I got is a 9D and fits true to size. When putting these shoes on in the morning I experienced just a bit of heel slip which was not unexpected for a new shoe. Later in the day when my foot swelled the heel slip disappeared almost entirely and I suspect will not even appear in the morning once the shoe breaks in. The leather is quite soft and conforms to my foot well even given the layers built into the design. So at this point I have to say the shoe is fitting as close to perfect as it gets. If I buy any other Allen Edmonds casual shoes, I'm definitely going to favor the 65 last if they continue to offer it. Pros: As far as I'm concerned, the Neumok is a nearly ideal casual shoe at this price point. This is a shoe that's going to look great on everything from jeans to slacks which makes it extremely versatile for my uses. The styling strikes a good balance somewhere between utilitarian and elegant. It makes my food seem longer and narrower than it really is without being too pointed and sleek. I got the brown distressed version which is an attractive shade that definitely has a seasoned look right out of the box which I can only imagine will improve with age. Cons: First off I will say that whatever negatives I list about the Neumok I received were not unanticipated at this price point. I don't expect a $700 shoe when paying a fraction of that cost. Most of the flaws in my example take a very close look to find. Things like errant stitches, leather that was stretched too much or not enough, gaps in the welt, uneven welt width, and flaws in the dying and leather are readily apparent on close examination. The shoes are also somewhat asymmetrical between each side and each other although probably not enough for most people to notice. The leather quality is definitely a step down from from top shelf shoes, but quite good at this price point so this is perhaps both a pro and a con depending on how you want to look at it. I bought this shoe for casual use and I have no doubt it will serve that purpose for many years to come. Given the lower quality leather and gaps in the welt I'm going to have to pay closer attention to maintenance and rotation to expect many years of service, but I tend to take good care of my shoes so this isn't a big issue for me. Overall I'd have to say I'm entirely satisfied with my purchase.

Ask & Answer

Does the Neumok have the same lightly padded full-length insole as the Cronmok or just the plain standard leather insole?

The Cronmok boot fits me tighter in the toe box than other 65-last shoes and I'm thinking that sock-liner may be the reason. I like the blue leather and am wondering if the Neumok might be an alternative, albeit a shoe.
Asked by: Anonymous
Thank you for your question. The Neumok has the standard leather insole.

Do the Neumok shoes contain metal?

I wore my Neumok shoes the first time this week. The metal detector at PreCheck in Phoenix flagged me. TSA said it was my shoes. I travel every week, have about 20 pair of AE shoes, and have never had a problem at security. Is there something about this model that is different?
Asked by: RJC
I wear these shoes through PreCheck weekly with no problem.

Neumok do they still come in two pairs of laces?

I just received Neumok in Acorn Hilfire that I purchased from Nordstrom. Are they supposed to come with two pairs of laces? I noticed they used to come with two pairs but mine came with only one pair which actually needs to be replaced since one lace is stripped of wax and would not stay tied while the other lace is fine. If I were to replace original lace, which color and length should I look for?
Asked by: anonymous
The Neumok in Acorn Hillfire, which is a Nordstrom exclusive style, includes one pair of laces. We offer glazed replacement laces on our website. We recommend 30" or 33" for styles with 6 eyelets. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

I've purchased two pairs of these Neumoks and re souled them both (brown). I would love to replace the laces with the exact red laces that come with this shoes. Can I order them from you, or do a special request? This would make me a very happy customer. If not, what size and color are they considered?

We offer 30" replacement color laces online. Simply type 'laces' in our search bar at the top of the page, or follow the links below. The laces includes with the Neumok at the 'Fire Red' laces. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Any chance you'll be bringing in other colors?

Such a shame that you can only get these shoes in tan and blue -- they've looked great in past colors like olive (for the fall). Any chance that the color offerings will be re-expanded? It seems there is a lot of demand for additional color offerings, at least based on the Q&A here on the website.
Asked by: DavidOrion1
At this time, there are no plans to expand the color selection of the Neumok style. However, please know that we appreciate all feedback and always take it into consideration for future product developments and offerings. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

can I get a belt to match the navy Neumok Unlined Wingtip Lace-up Oxford

Asked by: DaveM
I ordered a "Navy" belt from AE, and it came in a bit light for my shoes. My wife then ordered another Navy belt from AE, and it was lighter. I'm going to live with the first one. When you put them on, they're far enough apart that they don't look crazy. If you can get the belt at AE on sale, I'd live with the differences. Hope that helps.

New styles

Love the Neumok for the available colors & wingtip design but wasn't a fan of having a single oak sole on a shoe like this so when I first heard the strandmok announced, I thought it would be a must-buy. But I have to admit, with the Strandmok I just don't get it. It has the danite sole but is still unlined, and the colors seem rather flat. Any chance you guys are coming out with either more Neumoks or a "Roguemok" in some wild color patterns? That would be great. BTW - I'm a huge fan, up to 23 pairs so far!
