Rated 5 out of 5 by from A really nice polish I used this polish to put on a wood carving. It did darken it a little bit but it was easy to put on and buff out. I gave my project a nice luster. I will be using it on additional projects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All of the polishes that i purchased were very good except for the white. The top was not on tight and the polished was dried out and hard. I have been a loyal Allen Edmonds customer since 1983. My dress and formal shoes are all Allen Edmonds. I also prefer their shoe accessories when ever possible. A great America company.

Is the Carnauba white color a neutral color shoe polish?

    Asked by: FH

what is white polish for? is it like a neutral

    Asked by: murad
Hello Murad. White polish is used for white Chrome Excel Leather. It is not a neutral polish. Neutral polish can be used as a substitute for darker colors ie, burgundy, brown, oxblood to provide a shine if that particular color isn't available.

what type of polish is recommended for coffee colored shoes? Would you recommend the use of cream or wax polish?

    Asked by: Rfitz
We recommend Brown for Coffee styles. The use of Cream Polish or Carnauba Wax depends on your desired results. The Cream Polish has a high-dye content that renews color, covers scratches, and moisturizes. Carnauba Wax Polish is pecially formulated from the finest Carnauba Wax to give a high luster and protect fine quality leather. Feel free to contact us again if you have additional questions!

Which color polish for cap toe Oxford in brown (5845)?

Which polish or cream? I see brown and dark brown look different.
    Asked by: Jim
We recommend Premium Shoe Polish in Dark Brown #576. You may also use a combination of the Shoe Cream Dark Brown 515 and Carnauba Wax Polish Brown #654. Shoe Cream has a high dye content to restore color, Carnauba Wax does not have much pigment as it's main purpose is to add shine, and the Premium Shoe Polish is essentially a combination of those products. Can the neutral carnuba wax be used on the bottom of leather soles to protect and condition them.?

    Asked by: Mo
Carnauba Wax Polish is intended for use on leather uppers to add shine. Leather soles can be cared for by simply brushing off excess dirt and applying Heel & Sole Edge dressing to the edge for the sole. Applying conditioning products to a leather sole can potentially make the leather softer which can promote accelerated wear. We suggest using overshoes if you want to protect the soles against water or salt in inclement weather conditions. Alternately, Combination Tap-soles or Dainite rubber soles are other options for those that expect to have longer commutes and prefer a more durable sole material. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

What is the difference between the Premium Shoe Polish and the Carnauba Shoe Polish? I have a burgundy shoe and the Premium Shoe Polish is

not available but is in the Carnauba. Thank you.
    Asked by: Steve
Consider this a wax, not a polish. It should go on top of the premium shoe polish (that is, apply after one or two applications of the premium polish). This is a clear wax that will shine and create a layer of protection from dirt, water, etc.

Shall I use burgundy Carnauba shoe polish for oxblood park avenues?

    Asked by: Nukethrower
For the Oxblood styles, we recommend Premium Shoe Polish in Oxblood. Burgundy is darker than Oxblood and slightly different shade, but you may use it if that's your desired result. If you only want to add shine, we recommend the Neutral Carnauba Polish. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

    Using on brown Wilbert shoes

Would the neutral carnauba be okay to use on brown Wilbert shoes?

I use neutral on any shoes that I don't want the color to change any. Have done this on walnut and oxblood with fine results.

    Shoe Care

Is there anything wrong with doing the following: clean the shoe using saddle soap, let dry; use stain remover, let dry; use leather lotion, let dry; use walnut shoe polish, let dry and buff; finish with neutral carnuba wax and buff?
    Asked by: Alex
Not at all. I got flooded one day and I had to save my walnut Fifth Avenues. I did just that and they look great.

What color polish to get a brighter shine on Grey Exchange Place?

Looking to get a bright shine on my grey exchange places for a formal wedding. What color would be best? Alternatively, would the spray shine be an acceptable alternative? What's the best application procedure.
    Asked by: GloryUprising
Just use neutral, it adds the shine without changing the color.
