Great product
Great product with enough choices for any shoes that Allen Edmonds sells. Easy to apply snd if done correctly it’s as good or better that more expensive brands

Polish shot out small globs!
I have used your shoe polishes for many years. I saw the new packaging, no dark brown, but bought it anyway. The color worked out fine however, when squeezing out a small quantity a glob shot out of the tube and just missed getting on my couch and rug! This has happened several times.

Excellent product
This is finest black shoe polish I have ever used. It quickly brings out the image of a very new shoe shine.

Ok for a quick shine Cream is better
The shine you get with the speed polish will last a couple times you wear the shoes. I prefer the cream which has a better shine and lasts longer but this product works as advertised.

Shoe Colors without polis equivalents
Why do you make shoe colors without offering the exact polish equivalent? I know you will say use neutral polish or say something you think is close. But often times shoes get scuffs that need the same color polish to cover, and there are multiple examples in your catalogue - burnished copper, bourbon, cigar, even oxblood which should be standard - for which you offer no polish. This is inexcusable for a "premiere shoemaker." If you want to offer a color then offer the same polish.
What color should i use for 2459 Tan
Is the Speed Polish Chili same as the Premium Polish 609 Dark Chili or the 578 Chili?
When Allen Edmonds discontinues a color, why do they discontinue the shoe polish? What can I do to polish my shoes that are in bourbon?
shoe polish
We would recommend using walnut polish on your bourbon polish or neutral polish.

Why are the Speed Polish and Cream Polish both #2 in the four step process?. What is #3?
The Speed Polish, Cream Polish and Carnauba Wax are all step two in the care guidelines because you can use them interchangeably. You can also combine them if that's what you prefer. Step three is the Heel Dressing.
Keep in mind, our care instructions are guidelines and you can use them any way you wish as long as you are getting your desired results.
Thank you for your question!

Will you be making a copper color for your new color of dress shoes? When will it be available?
If not, what do you recommend for polishing copper?
Also what do you recommend for polishing coffee color dress shoes?
Thanks
There are no immediate plans to offer Copper shoe polish. We recommend our Neutral shoe polish for the Copper styles as this is what is used at the factory. For the Coffee styles we recommend our Brown shoe polish.
Thank you for your questions!

Speed polish or Cream polish (or both?)
The care section of the Alpine boots (casual) suggests using Cream Polish followed by Speed Polish. I'm wondering if this is necessary? I need some protection against water / snow- is one better than the other, or should they be used in combination?
Thanks.
