    When it says apply to sponge applicator where is the sponge?

    Hi! We're glad to hear that you want to properly care for your shoes. For chestnut leathers, we'd recommend using a neutral polish. For dark brown leathers, the brown polish should be used.

    Why are the Speed Polish and Cream Polish both #2 in the four step process?. What is #3?

    The Speed Polish, Cream Polish and Carnauba Wax are all step two in the care guidelines because you can use them interchangeably.You can also combine them if that's what you prefer. Step three is the Heel Dressing. Keep in mind, our care instructions are guidelines and you can use them any way you wish as long as you are getting your desired results. Thank you for your question!

    There are no immediate plans to offer Copper shoe polish. We recommend our Neutral shoe polish for the Copper styles as this is what is used at the factory. For the Coffee styles we recommend our Brown shoe polish. Thank you for your questions!
