Shoe Horn Collection Candidate, Daily use joy.A few years ago I went to put on dress shoes and realized I couldn't find my shoe horn. In fact, I couldn't find any shoe horns in my apartment. I dropped by a local drugstore who also didn't have any shoe horns. The problem of needing a shoe horn, but unable to find one broadened until an employee at a Clark's gave me a plastic one. Since then, I've made it a mission to at least have a plastic shoe horn. Then I came across the black and brass shoe horns from Allen Edmonds, which looked great! I purchased those and stashed one in the closet and another next to my office desk. Then one day, this beauty appeared.. Leather covered metal shoe horn. The price tag is steep, $22.00 for a leather covered shoe horn. I waited for months! After finally ordering this shoe horn, I'm blown away. It's never cold, it feels very smooth. It's a joy to use. It oozes classy. You can't even compare a plastic shoe horn to this piece. In short, if you're a collector, you will want it because of the branding and materials. If you're fine with a plastic shoe horn, you will probably find this wasteful. And, if you enjoy wearing dress shoes, you will want this because it's a really nice shoe horn.
