Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top notch quality Very well made with solid cedar wood. Fits a bit tight but then again, that’s what it’s supposed to be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke After Limited Use - No Warranty These are great shoe trees and work well. However they don’t hold up over time. I’m more on the causal side, but have to dress up for client events and love my Allen Edmonds. I tend to wear them a few times a month and usually use my shoe trees. At just under the 2 year mark, one of the trees split near the metal price in the center. So after using them some 40 times, they broke. Since it was past 90 days and there is no warranty, I’m left with a broken pair of shoe trees. On the flip side, they are pretty cheap. I always assumed the accessories were cheap in price since the shoes are premium, but now I know it’s due to the quality.

    Size for 11.5 E

Fit guide recommends XL but salesperson gave me L? Do I need to exchange? Also the box has a lot of grease like spots the salesperson said was sap from the cedar. Is this normal?
    Asked by: Travis
The Fit Guide is a general guideline and we do typically suggest an XL for a size 11.5E shoe. Some styles may require a different size depending on the shape of the shoe. We suggest trying what was recommended and if they do not fit, feel free to return it. It is normal to see the spots you describe, it happens in some cases due to the nature of the wood. Feel free to contact us again if you have additional questions!
