    Leather Care Instructions

    STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

    STEP 2: Polish and condition the shoes with our Leather Lotion, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

    STEP 4: Use our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth to buff shoes to a desired shine.

    Suede Care Instructions

    STEP 1: Thoroughly remove stains using our Suede and Nubuck Cleaning System, following the instructions on the box.

    STEP 2: Once the material has dried, spray our Water Protector over the surface of the shoes and let dry.

    Relaxed Fit

    The relaxed fit has added space in the toe box. This extra room allows for thicker socks and foot expansion that occurs at the end of the day or during a long flight.

I am always searching for quality shoes and boots that look and wear well in all conditions. I've truly found that in the AE Surrey Chukka Boot. To start, I was extremely pleased with the price and free standard delivery. Second, I was surprised by the upscale box and boot itself. Sizing was true and accurate and comfort was exceptional. I immediately received compliments from my wife and coworkers. One of my coworkers immediately purchased a pair after observing the ones that I was wearing. I would definitely recommend these boots to others and I am purchasing a pair of the Surrey Chelsea Boot as soon as I finish typing this review.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Surrey Chukka brown Boots Order this chukka boots for my husband for x-mas. Unfortunately a wrong style was sent and discovered it until x-mas day!! Just received the replacement on the mail, the chukka boots brown color item 3093 size 9.5 Unfortunately, the chukka boots do not have the craftsmanship that is expected from an Allen Edmond boots, the stitching is very defected, not even . They look like factory second hand!!! even though the price is not !!! The size runs big even though he wears 9.5 on Allen Edmonds. Called a store in DC area to check if we could exchanged the boot, but they did not have the size the sales rep recommended to mail them back and get a half size smaller. This back and forth is taking so long and his up coming trip is in a week !!! Called the service number, but I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes due to high volume of calls. I will call again to check if is worth the exchange. I always buy Allen Edmonds because of the comfort and craftsmanship my husband likes I hope things will work this next time .

    Both D and E are considered medium width but the E is slightly wider

    Does the black surrey chukka boot also come with a dainite sole? The website looks like I can only order with a commando rubber sole.
