STEP 1: Thoroughly remove stains using our Suede and Nubuck Cleaning System, following the instructions on the box.

STEP 2: Take our Heel Dressing applicator and press against the edge of the heels and soles.

STEP 3: Once the material has dried, spray our Water Protector over the surface of the shoes and let dry.

    Relaxed Fit

The relaxed fit has added space in the toe box. This extra room allows for thicker socks and foot expansion that occurs at the end of the day or during a long flight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable boots. Very comfortable boots. The suede is soft, and there isn’t any break-in period. If you decide to lace it to the top eyelids, the laces are too long and doesn’t look right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality Control Lacking @ AE This is it for me; no more purchases from this company after the last three items have had quality issues. These boots are still made through the same great process as AE shoes have always been. The issue is that AE has decided that quality control is secondary to putting out a boat-load of items as quickly as possible. These boots arrived with a heel set wrong just like the last pair of boots from this company did. And just like the last pair of boots, the heel began to detach after about ten wears. The boots look great, and I'm sure that some of these will probably be made well; however, AE has demonstrated that they don't want to invest in appropriate quality control, thus I'll not be investing any more in AE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Literally the worst footwear purchase I have ever made I was sent 4 different pairs of these boots and every single pair was defective. The first pair had fabric marker on the suede and a gouge in the welt, two things I could have overlooked but the heels started detaching after a few wears. The second pair had mismatched toe caps, leather glue on the suede and a malformed toe that looked like mashed potatoes. The third pair had heel rubber that extended 1/4 of an inch past the edge of the heel and were glued on crooked, unfinished edges on the heel suede and the left boot was literally sewn with the uppers on crooked. The fourth pair had glue on the suede and the malformed toe again, the heels were not cleanly finished and had a slight lip this time, very mismatched and curved toecaps and while not as bad as the third pair, the left boot is again lopsided. Disgusted, I gave up and wore them, after a few wearings one of the pieces of heel rubber fell off as I was walking. I have never in my life had such poor quality, not even from overseas made cheap brands. Not even after 3 bad pairs, would they have the boots inspected before shipment. Allen Edmonds isn't just failing to provide their legendary quality, they are now shipping garbage.

I wear size 15 in Allen Edmonds. Details say extra roomy.

Would size 14 possibly work and if not can they be returned? Thanks in advance.re Normandy suede.
    Asked by: Chip
We’d love to have you visit an Allen Edmonds retail store or one of our retail partners for a professional fitting. Our associates are trained to help you find the right fit for the various lasts and styles we offer. If that's not possible, we suggest trying the same size you usually wear and judging the fit based on how comfortable you feel in the shoes. Also, keep in mind that products purchased on AllenEdmonds.com may be returned within 90 days, as long as the item is unworn and accompanied by the packing slip (we advise trying the shoes on a carpeted surface to keep them in returnable condition).
