    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

Leeds Dress Plain-toe Blucher Shoe is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Have to send this one back I ordered these to test them out on sale. I had ordered a pair of factory seconds but those were tragically bad, so I thought that since these were on sale (new) I would give them a shot. The size was slightly small and uncomfortable. I am sized 10 3E on left and 9.5 3E on right, so I ordered these a half size larger to get a roomier fit. They still barely fit and felt tight. Additionally, the left tongue was slightly misshapen and they had a dye spot on the left upper vamp. Finally, this either slipped through QC or someone else had received these first and sent them back. They were missing the shoe bag and the paper wads that are stuffed inside to keep the shape until you put shoe trees in. The other pair I ordered with these (Mctavish Dublin Leather) was amazing, so out of my AE orders I am batting 50/50 on the new ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Foot problems led to reviewing the shoe rack I'm having toe arthritis and foot swelling problems (age) and have been finding out that advice to wear wider shoes is well informed. The Leeds shoe, on sale, is a classic look, and was my introduction to Allen Edwards, as a replacement for a pair of English shoes with Dainite soles. This pair (11E) in walnut (light brown) attracted attention, is comfortable, and and is bringing about some thought of reverting to using dress shoes more and sneakers less. So this initial pair has been followed up, including Mackenna's with Dainite soles in black and cognac (tan, more or less).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent all-around shoe I've had these shoes for about a month and wear them almost daily. They fit perfectly right out of the box -- true size (12D), no break-in friction. Take polish well for good soft finish. Very comfortable for all-day wear; soles much easier on feet during walking than leather street shoes, and tread gives good grip on turf/hills. Great shoes that remind me why I'm glad I don't have to trek to my law office every day anymore: they work for anything except weddings, funerals and really formal environments. But my 35-year-old son-in-law in New York saw them, wanted (and has just ordered) a pair, so go figure. Great shoes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective I own several (12+) of AE shoes, mostly purchased over the past 3 years. As seems to be true almost half the time nowadays, this pair arrived with a noticeable defect, namely some significant creasing in an unusually thin area of leather on the inside quarter of the right shoe. Foolishly, I only ordered a single pair, rather than hedging my bets and ordering a backup, and they were no longer available when I tried to reorder.

We regret to inform you that the Leeds 2.0 is a closeout style and we will not receive any new inventory. Unfortunately, we only have a few sizes available. -AE Consumer Care Dept.

I need to replace my Black Hills shoes, which I love, but they are worn out:)

I don't see them on your website. What is the closest replacement for the Black Hills?

What is the difference in the Leeds and the Leeds 2.0 models?

    Asked by: K68
Good afternoon, Kevin. Thank you for being an Allen Edmonds customer. The Leeds 2.0 has the same built as the Leeds but has slightly different stitching. We hope this helps!
