STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

Eastport Boat Shoe is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 473.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality is great, sizing and cut a little off The workmanship and quality of the leather is great. However the cut of the shoe seems a bit off for me. The area around right in front of the ankles is too broad and no amount of tweaking with the laces seem to help. The head of the shoe is quite narrow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality. Poor fit. Too tight. I wear 11.5 medium on most brands, but not Allen E. I just ordered two pairs of AE boat shoes. Great quality. But the fit is tight and I returned them. When I tried to order 11.5 E, the system wouldn’t take the wider size. I sent email asking for a representative to call me but haven’t received a call yet. C’mon, AE, I’m trying to place an order!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beware My wife loves these, but now my third pair has again burst out in the same place each each pair. And, of course, it didn't break at the stitching, but where the holes are punched in the leather- making them good enough only for work shoes. This is my last time. At least I was able to use a leather punch and a shoelace to stitch them together to use them as work shoes. Too bad I can't submit a photo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great shoe -- size is WAAAY off though These are very nice shoes. Great quality. But the size is ridiculously off. I ordered a 9 1/2E which is the perfect size for me with Strands, PA's and Higgins Mill. But these were extremely narrow and short -- definitely not a 9 1/2 E. Happily I was able to have them stretched at the local AE retail store and they fit much better (although they are still too short in the toe -- I suspect these are mislabeled and are actually a 9, not a 9 1/2. (fantastic service at the Costa Mesa CA retail store by the way!!) So while I would recommend these shoes, be very sure of the size.

“Care” section says to use cream polish. If true, what color for tan? If not true, should I use only leather conditioner and water protector?

    Asked by: Bob
We apologize for the delay in responding. The care instructions are correct. You can use Neutral or Walnut Cream Polish, Leather Lotion, and/or Water Protector. Ultimately, these are guidelines and if you have a preferred method to care of your shoes, please feel free to follow that if that gives you your desired results. Thank you for contacting us!

Can you compare the arch support in Eastport vs the Maritime and the Force10?

The Eastport, Maritime and Force 10 have great arch support. We would recommend trying the shoes on to see which style best fits your feet. AE Consumer Care Dept.

    Size 13?

I’ve been waiting several months for the navy eastports to be available in size 13 with no luck. Is this shoe being phased out or will they eventually be restocked?

The leather on my two pairs of Eastports from summer of 2018 are softer and not polished. Has the leather and/ or tanning process been changed?

Last years were more supple. I’m sure wearing them has softened them up but the leather does seem markedly different

What current belt would best match the brown style of this shoe?

    Asked by: Ren

I/m looking at the Eastport Boat Shoe. I normally wear a 6.5 D. Will the 6.5 E work for me?

    Asked by: Brent
Hello, Typically, we recommend trying the same size you usually wear and judging the fit based on how comfortable you feel in the shoes. Please keep in mind that each width increases by approximately three-sixteenths of an inch in total girth. -AE Consumer Care Dept.

Stitching broke on front of shoe. Can this be repaired by Allen Edmonds?

Other than the stitching problem, the shoe is holding up well.

Hello, Keith. The broken stitching is something that may be repairable with our Recrafting service. If you can contact us by email with photos of the broken stitching, we would be happy to assist you further. You can contact us by email through our site online. Thank you for your understanding.
