    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Use our Sneaker Cleaner to clean and remove dirt from the leather and sole.

STEP 2: Moisturize the leather with our Speed Polish to keep them supple and maintain color.

STEP 3: Protect your shoes from dirt, rain and snow and enhance the shine and color with our Speed Polish.

STEP 4: Apply our Leather Lotion to protect the heels and edges of your shoes.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto leather with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

    Relaxed Fit

The relaxed fit has added space in the toe box. This extra room allows for thicker socks and foot expansion that occurs at the end of the day or during a long flight.

    Ask & Answer
Courtside Signature Suede Sneaker is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sneakers built like a proper shoe I've been a long time AE customer and have never had trouble rationalizing spending $400 or more on a solid pair of dress shoes that will last me decades. Sneakers have always been a different story. I would cough up $100 for a solid pair of new balances for exercise because I have wide, flat feet and arthritis and my podiatrist would slap me if I went running in chucks. But I've mostly avoided wearing sneakers otherwise because comfortable, supportive sneakers are ugly and good looking sneakers are uncomfortable. NB has some okay looking shoes, but they rum narrow, even in the wide sizes. My go to brands for attractive, comfortable footwear (AE, Rancourt, Ferragamo) have been doing sneakers for a while, but they generally came in medium width and I wasn't quite sold on paying $250 for a pair of sneakers. When I found out AE was offering a pair of really nice looking sneakers, in multiple widths, and that they could be recruited, my mind changed. I got these in the mail today and they're everything I could ever want from a sneaker. They are made from a thick, plush seude, the likes of which I would expect to find in a pair of quality loafers. They are heavier than any sneakers I have ever encountered and I mean that in the best way possible. The construction still makes them very flexible and comfortable. I wouldn’t go running in them, but I've been walking around in them for a few hours now and they are as well suited to that as any shoe I've ever owned. They have a great shape with a wide toe box that manages to look sleek but also provide all the room I need. The heel is narrow enough to hug my ankle. And the construction, a sort of reverse stitch down, like you would find on some of the moccasins made by rancourt or quoddy, gives me confidence that I will be able to resole these multiple times. Like I said above, spending $250 on a pair of sneakers was a bit of a hard pill to swallow, but from the way they're built, I expect I'm going to have them for a few decades, so I'm satisfied. I ordered the grey ones. I'm not a huge fan of white sneakers, but if they ever made these in other colors (maybe a burgundy or navy) I will happily buy a second pair.
