    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

    Relaxed Fit

Most people consider a “classic” fit to be a “standard” fit. This fit more closely aligns with the natural shape of your feet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from i bought these to replace a pair of Red Wings that were discontinued........... Not as comfortable as the Red Wings I replaced, they are a nice well made shoe, maybe they will feel better as they are broken in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Drivers! Love the shoes. I own two pair now. This pair seemed to run slightly wider than the first pair I already own, but I can’t find a better quality pair of drivers. I’ll wear them for years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finest Driving Moccasin The Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin is more than it appears. A handcrafted shoe that is perfect for those long vacation drives with or without socks. No heel discomfort with these rubber sole rolled Moccasin"s. This is my second pair after many years of use on the first, which now serve as around the outside house quick-slip on shoes. Just completed a Late September Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts vacation, driving nearly 1,000 miles on my new pair. Unlike many imitations, these Moccasins are comfortable walkers all day long from the vehicle to pavement. Rubber soles feel and wear like no other. The thick, but comfortable leather is the finest as it keeps it's shape for many years protecting your feet. You want the best appearance, longest lasting Moccasin, then look no further than ALLEN EDMONDS' Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin. Quality and value you can trust!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inadequate width I called an Allenedmonds representative to insure that the EEE width was adequate. AE has the record of my prior purchases including details on the lasts. I was assured the shoes would fit. The shoes were in fact too narrow. Very disappointed as I rely on AE for my shoe needs.

Does the Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin fit like the East Port boat shoe? I have pretty narrow feet.

    Asked by: MDM
The Boulder is made on the 145 last. This is a slightly square toe handsewn last with an elongated forepart; used for ae by Allen Edmonds drivers collection. The Eastport is made on the 2592 last. This is a rounded, fuller toe handsewn last. 1/8 inch longer than the 114 last to accommodate a fuller, foam sock liner and heel-to-toe padding.

What is a good belt match (color and style) to the brown with brown trim shoe?

    Asked by: Anonymous
Brown would be my guess - AE has belt colors that match their shoe colors in many cases.

Can I get the Boulder Venetians resoled?

    Asked by: Icetea32
Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin's are not resolable. At the price they are sold and how long they last, comfort to the feet is worth every penny. It is not an economic concern for long haul if my feet benefit. Your health is more important!

Would these be comfortable enough for 10 hours on your feet ?

    Asked by: FredD
Not for me, I had to remove them after about a half days use.

does it have a tall toe box. I have hammer toes and need the extra space. Thanks

    Asked by: Silver58
The Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin will probably not serve anyone well with a hammer toe or bulbous bunions for that matter. The Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin does come in wide width but the shoe narrows at the front and leather is relatively flat along the toes. If you don't want to have surgery to fix your hammertoe, using non-medicated padding along with shoes made with a wider and deeper toe box to accommodate your foot's shape. Some have had success using a pumice stone to shave mild hammer toe. If that is you, then try on a pair of Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin's later on.

    Is this shoe's insole removable?

I would like to wear this shoe two days in a row. Is there a removable footbed to allow it to dry out overnight and remain fresh for the next day?

How should I treat this shoe before I begin wearing it (i.e., waterproofing, etc.)?

    Asked by: Kris
I have owned the tan color for about a year with no additional treatment on the leather. They look as good as they did when I took them out of the box and I wear them at least 4 days per week. I just ordered another pair in navy. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

    How much do they weigh?

I'm looking for a lightweight slip-on for travel.
    Asked by: driver8
I would consider them to be fairly lightweight. However, I use them for travel primarily because they are very comfortable and can be worn with or without socks.
