    Care Instructions

STEP 1: Using a damp cloth or sponge, lather our Saddle Soap and apply onto leather to clean and restore its natural oils.

STEP 2: Moisturize the shoes with our Cream Polish to make them supple and soft, following instructions on the product.

STEP 3: Condition the shoes with our Speed Polish, protecting them from dirt, rain and snow.

STEP 4: Take our Heel dressing applicator and apply to the edge of the heel and sole.

STEP 5: Apply our Leather Lotion as needed for added protection and polish in between cleanings. Use our Horsehair Shine Brush to buff shoes to a desired shine.

*For camo printed leather, simply rub our Leather Lotion onto print with our Cotton Flannel Polishing Cloth as needed and wipe smudges or dirt away with a damp cloth.

Force 10 Boat Shoe is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've used these shoes for years. None better! My new boat shoes are splendid. I still use my tan and black ones, however, my burgundy/brown shoes had one of the leather laces break. There's no way to replace those laces, so my only option is to replace the shoes. They were good ones, and being brown, they got the most use of all three pairs (tan, black and brown). All good things must come to an end...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shoe disappointed with the color The quality of this shoe is fabulous. No break in required. I agree with another reviewer that the color is not close the the photo on your website. The color is a very dark brown with little or no variations in the leather like the lighter color as depicted in the photo. Would have given 5 stars if the color matched the photo

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good shoe, but not the color shown The shoe is what I've come to expect from Allen Edmonds: great quality, great fit, nice materials, great workmanship. High marks for all of that. But the color shown in the product photos doesn't really match the color of the product itself. I ordered "chocolate brown." The photos on the website show a rich, rustic milk chocolate brown color with subtle variations in tone that really add character. The product I received, however, is brown: Dark chocolate brown with no variation, no subtlety, and significantly less character than what's shown in the photos. I would have preferred the rustic look of the shoes in the photos. I'm planning to keep them to see how they wear and age, since they seem to be well made and they fit well. Maybe the color will soften a bit as they get broken in. If that happens, I'll be super happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid boat shoe I had previously purchased the brown color in 10.5 B, my normal AE size for most shoes, and they are a little tight but are breaking in fine. These, however, were uncomfortably small out of the box, so I returned them and sized up to 11B which is much better. I think something must have changed in the crafting process since the time I purchased the brown pair. At any rate, consider sizing up 1/2 or these might be too snug.

Will this fit the same as an eastport

    Asked by: Anonymous
The Force 10 is made on the 555 last. It features a shorter forepart and round toe with a tighter instep providing a snug fit. The Eastport is made on the 2592 last. It features a rounded, fuller toe handsewn last. 1/8 inch longer than the 114 last to accommodate a fuller, foam sock liner and heel-to-toe padding.

Do these shoes have arch support? The old shoe you discontinued did, but since then I haven't seen any.

Which belt goes best with the brown Force 10 Boat Shoe?

    Asked by: Jason
We would recommend the Glass Avenue Belt in the color coffee. We believe that would be a great match for this item.
