Rated 5 out of 5 by Executive On Board I probably got it from my Dad. Or perhaps in the US Army back in the day; however I don't step into the Boardroom on go on stage without my spit shined cap-toed shoes. This stuff does a fantastic job. September 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Needed Accessory If you have spent $200-400 on a pair of shoes, take care of them with premium shoe creme. August 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by High-quality product Matched the shade of my husband's favorite Allen Edmonds shoes perfectly. Polished out beautifully, too. July 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Performs very well The shoe cream is easy to apply and covers evenly. It does a great mod of filling minor nicks and scratches. The colors blend in well with the original shoe color. I use black, light brown and dark brown and all three match my AE shoe colors. Good product for keeping 'em looking good. July 13, 2016

Answer:
The Shoe Cream contains a high dye content that puts color back into the leather, and it also moisturizes the leather to keep them soft. The Carnauba Wax Polish has some pigment, but it's main purpose is to impart a high luster or rich glow to fine leathers. We recommend using the Shoe Cream first and follow with the Carnauba Wax.

Other than the fact that this contains pigment, how is this product different from your premium leather conditioner?

How do their moisturizing properties differ?

What would you recommend?

Should I be using premium leather conditioner + premium shoe polish or shoe cream + carnauba shoe polish?

Answer:
The Shoe Cream contains a small amount of wax that helps add shine to the leather, but it has a high dye content and the main purpose is to restore the leather color using conditioning agents. The Premium Leather Conditioner is used to condition the leather, but will not add color or shine.

The use of each product depends on your desired result, if you need to restore color you can use the Shoe Cream, if the shoes don't need color but need to be moisturized then use the Premium Leather Conditioner.

You may use the Premium Shoe Polish alone as it contains equal amounts of shoe cream and wax, or use the shoe cream and carnauba wax separately. We do not recommend using all products offered at the same time as this can saturate the leather. A combination of them can be used depending on your preferred method or care. The leather conditioner can be used as needed.

I have a pair of shoes that have light stitching against a darker leather. I don't want the shoe cream to color the stitching. What do you recommend?

Answer:
Yes, the Shoe Cream is a high-dye formula and will stain a shoe's stitching just like any other pigmented product will. For shoes with contrast stitching we recommend using the Leather Lotion as this is a neutral product and it will keep the leather soft and supple.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Answer:
Depending upon your desired result, you can use the Light Brown or the Dark Brown Shoe Cream for your discontinued Cascade style. Keep in mind those colors may lighten or darken the leather, respectively, as we currently do not offer a product that will be an exact match for that type of leather. As an alternative, we also suggest using the Leather Lotion which is a neutral product used to moisturize the leather and keep it soft and supple.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
