Products purchased on may be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase as long as the item is unused, accompanied by the packing slip, and not customized. Shoes ordered through our custom shoe configurator and other special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. Please note that a restocking fee of $25 per pair applies to any factory-second returns. View our shipping & return policy.

Allen Edmonds is happy to offer free shipping on returns for merchandise shipped. For your convenience, you may also return or exchange your online purchase at any of our retail locations. Please visit our Store Locator to find the location nearest you. A link to your UPS postage-paid return shipping label is provided in your original shipping confirmation email (subject line "Allen Edmonds Shipping Acknowledgement"). Please follow this link and complete the requested details to print your label. If you no longer have your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message or call us at 1-877-817-7615 and we will email you a new shipping lable.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed, however, we do have a 90 day return policy and offer free return shipping for your peace of mind.
