What is your return policy?
Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to 60 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. There is a restocking fee of $25 per pair on Factory Second returns. How do I return an order?
We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. For all orders placed on our site please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process. You can also visit one of our stores to return or make an exchange. Please have your order confirmation number and bring your items in the original packaging. Third party retailers and vendors do not accept purchased on our site or at an Allen Edmonds Store. Find a store near you using our Store Locator.

How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with a link to track your package once your order has shipped. The subject line will read "Allen Edmonds Shipping Acknowledgement."

Can I cancel my order?
To better serve our customers, we process and ship orders very quickly.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, there is a one (1) hour window after the order is placed to cancel orders, excluding Factory Second items. Once this window has passed, you can return your order by mail.

What is Zip (formerly known as QuadPay)?
Zip is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. Zip automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. Zip empowers you to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.
At this time Zip is not available when purchasing special make-ups or backorder product.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Allen Edmonds ships standard ground delivery and the shipping cost is $8.95 with free shipping on purchases over $100 (after discounts and offers are applied).
