FREE standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders
AllenEdmonds.com offers free ground shipping for all domestic U.S. orders. Taxes and other fees are excluded. Gift cards and eGift cards are exempt. Orders will be shipped standard ground transportation by FedEx Ground, UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail. Standard Ground Shipping transit times are usually 1-5 days, depending on distance from our Port Washington, Wisconsin warehouse. Published transit times are available on carrier website.
We now offer the option to ship to your favorite Allen Edmonds store! On the checkout shipping page, click the Ship to Store tab, search for a store and we’ll ship it using the shipping method you prefer. A store representative will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. You will be asked to show identification and/or the credit card used to place the order. Outlet stores not included.
View all of our international and expedited domestic shipping rates. All shipping rates are calculated based on the dollar amount of your order, the delivery address, and the shipping method you choose. Most International orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Bongo International. This partnership provides you with the best service and value on the shipment of your Allen Edmonds order.
Allen Edmonds products are sold only through authorized distribution channels. Purchases on allenedmonds.com are limited to end-use consumers and Allen Edmonds reserves the right to refuse to ship product to shipping companies or other addresses that may be forwarding product.

Due to state laws, orders going to AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI will include sales tax. Charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product in AL, CO, CT, GA, IL, KS, MI, NM, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA and WI and are therefore also taxed.
Your order may ship in multiple packages at no cost to you as your items become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Overnight orders placed after 9:00am CT will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.
Please note, ONLY IN STOCK items are available for 2 day and overnight shipping so please check your item's availability before selecting your shipping option.
FREE returns on domestic U.S. orders!
We are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic U.S. orders. A link to print a free, pre-paid return label is located in your order's shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the included link and follow the instructions to complete your return. International customers are responsible for return freight to Allen Edmonds in the United States.
Products purchased on AllenEdmonds.com may be returned at any time, as long as the item is unused, accompanied by the packing slip, and not customized. Shoes ordered through our custom shoe configurator and other special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. WebGems, limited edition, seasonal and clearance styles may be returned; however, due to the limited production or availability of styles, they may not be able to be exchanged for the same product.
Returning Items by Mail:
All orders placed on AllenEdmonds.com are shipped with a packing slip that includes a return form on the backside. On this return form, please complete all required fields, indicate the reason for your return and enclose it with the item in the original packaging. Address your package to:

International customers must mark the package "U.S. Goods Returned" in the description box on the airway bill when returning product. Customers are responsible for filing for refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency.
Please allow 7-10 business days, once we have received your return, for processing your return.
All returns will be refunded using the original method of payment or merchandise credit.
Returning Items Purchased with PayPal:
PayPal purchases that are returned at an Allen Edmonds store location will only be eligible for store credit. To receive a credit to your PayPal account please return your item by mail to the address above. After a year, new and unused merchandise purchased using a PayPal account and returned will be refunded with merchandise credit only.
Returning Items In Person:
You may also return products purchased through AllenEdmonds.com to any Allen Edmonds company-owned store. Be sure to bring along your packing slip and the original packaging. PayPal purchases that are returned at an Allen Edmonds store location will only be eligible for store credit. Find a store near you >
