I can't remember my account email or password. How do I log in?

If you can't remember your password or can’t recall if you’ve ever created one, go to the Log In page and click on the Forgot Password link below the Password field. On the next screen, enter your ALLEN EDMONDS COLLECTORS email and click Submit. If an account exists with that email, you will receive an email to reset your password.

If you don’t receive a reset password email, please be sure to register your Collectors account online using the same email you originally signed up with. Please note you will have to register your Collectors account on both and to access your account across each site.

How do I earn points?

As an ALLEN EDMONDS COLLECTOR, you earn points every time you log in and shop on or

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  • 300 Points = $20 Rewards Dollars
  • How do I turn points into Rewards Dollars?

    It’s easy!

    The Rewards Dollars you earn will be sent to you automatically by email within 72 hours. To ensure you receive your benefits, please make sure we have your email address on file. You can also view and apply your Rewards Dollars from your account page, your cart, or during checkout.

    How do I use Rewards Dollars?

    You can use Rewards Dollars any way you shop—online or in-store. To spend your Rewards Dollars, simply present them at the time of purchase and use them before they expire.

    If you’re shopping online, make sure you are logged into your account. Once on your Account page, go to the Loyalty tab and click on the Rewards Dollars you want to redeem, then click Apply to Cart. You can also apply Rewards Dollars from cart or checkout. As long as your Collectors account is registered using the same email on both and, your rewards will be available across both sites.

    If you’re shopping in an Allen Edmonds store, simply show your Rewards Dollars to the store associate (printed out or on your phone) or ask them to look it up in your account at checkout.

    Rewards Dollars may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. They can be used to purchase almost anything online or in the store but may not be used to purchase gift cards. See your Rewards Dollars.

    When are Rewards Dollars issued for my points?

    The Rewards Dollars you earn will be sent to you within 72 hours of achieving each 300 point-threshold.

    What happens if my Rewards Dollars expire?

    Don’t let that happen. Be sure to shop with your Rewards Dollars before they expire. You earned it! The expiration date will be on the Rewards Dollars when they are issued. If you don’t use your Rewards Dollars before they expire, the points will not be redeposited back into your account, and the Rewards Dollars cannot be reissued.

    Can members earn bonus points?

    Absolutely! Collectors can earn bonus points in a few different ways:

    • 150 Bonus Points when you buy online and chose store pickup. LIMITED TIME OFFER.
    • 150 Bonus Points when you place a customization order* through our Custom Shop or in store
    • 150 Bonus Points when you send your footwear in for recrafting*
    • And we may offer special bonus points offers throughout the year

    When will bonus points be in my account?

    It’s pretty fast. If you earned bonus points with your purchase, please allow up to 72 hours for the points to appear in your account.

    How do I get free shipping?

    Just log into your ALLEN EDMONDS COLLECTORS account before checkout to get free standard shipping on orders in the contiguous U.S. It’s that easy.

    Can customers outside of the US be Collectors?

    This is currently a US-only loyalty program. Customers using the Borderfree shipping service on our websites will not be eligible to earn Rewards Points or redeem Rewards Dollars.

    What are my birthday benefits and when do I get them?

    Let’s celebrate! As a Collector, you’ll receive $20 in Rewards Dollars for your birthday. We may elect to offer alternative birthday gifts, or additional Bonus Points at our discretion.

    I'm currently a Collector. How can I see my account information online?

    You can view your ALLEN EDMONDS COLLECTORS account information by logging into your account. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Account page.

    If you created your Collectors account in store but haven’t yet registered your account online, click here to register your account online. Be sure to use the same email you signed up with in store.

    As long as your Collectors account is registered using the same email on both and, your rewards and account information will be available across both sites.

    How can I update the personal information on my account like name, address, birthday, or email address?

    There are two simple ways to update your name, address, birthday, or email address:

    1. Log in to your account on and go to your Loyalty page. Select "Profile” then click “Contact Information” to update your name, email address or birthday. Select “Address Book”to update your addresses. Click “Add/Edit Saved Address(es)” to add, edit or delete your shipping and billing address(es) as needed. When you're done, click "Save Changes.”
    2. Call us at 1-877-817-7615 or click here to email us. Please be sure to provide your member number, address, the name currently on your account and the applicable information you would like to change.

    What if I need to return merchandise? What happens to my points and/or Rewards Dollars?
