Allen Edmonds COLLECTORS PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Allen Edmonds COLLECTORS Program is provided by BG Retail, LLC. for U.S. members. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Allen Edmonds” means BG Retail, LLC. in respect of U.S. members. By becoming a program member and participating in the COLLECTORS Program, you the member (i) represent that you are an Eligible Customer, (ii) consent to Allen Edmonds collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as set out in the Privacy section below, and (iii) accept these Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time “Collector(s)”.
By signing up to participate in the program, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions for the COLLECTORS Program, and (2) receive both Allen Edmonds Program emails as well as non-program promotional emails from Allen Edmonds. You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing and promotional emails at any time.
Earning Rewards Dollars
No purchase is necessary to join the COLLECTORS Program, but purchases are required to earn points. You may join in-store or online at allenedmonds.com. If you join in-store, you must register your account online to have full access to your COLLECTORS Program account activity, rewards and benefits online.
Collectors will receive 1 base point for every $1 in purchases, rounded up or down to the nearest $1 increment at participating Allen Edmonds Stores, Allen Edmonds Outlets or online at allenedmonds.com or shoebank.com. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, or purchases made from a 3rd party vendor, including gift cards.
For purposes of the COLLECTORS Program, "points" mean those particular program measurement increments, which can be used to redeem Rewards Dollars. Points have no fixed value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to any other individual or entity. Any transfer or attempt to transfer a Collector’s points may result in disqualification from the program.
To earn points, Collectors must identify themselves as a Collector at check-out so the store associate can look up the account. Collectors can also sign in to their accounts online.
Purchases applying a merchandise credit, gift card or Rewards Dollars will not earn points unless the purchase amount exceeds the Rewards Dollars face value. For example, if redeeming $20 in Rewards Dollars on a $60 purchase, you will earn points on the remaining $40 of the purchase amount (excluding taxes and/or shipping). In addition, purchases applying a coupon or discount code will earn points on the purchase amount after application of the coupon or discount code. For example, if applying a 20% coupon on a $50 purchase, you will earn points on the remaining $40 of the purchase amount (excluding taxes and/or shipping).
For every 300 points you earn you will be eligible to receive Rewards Dollars redeemable in increments of $20 per 300 points, to apply to a future qualifying purchase (see below for excluded items). The number of points required for specific Rewards Dollars may change at any time.
Rewards Dollars will be issued automatically when the Collector reaches 300 points in their account. Three hundred points will be deducted from your account for every $20 Rewards Dollars issued. Rewards Dollars will expire 180 days after issuance/creation. Allen Edmonds is not responsible for Rewards that are late, lost, misdirected, not delivered or not received. Members are responsible for ensuring that all contact information on file is correct and up to date.
Resellers are specifically excluded from the COLLECTORS Program. If you purchase items for resale, Allen Edmonds reserves the right not to award points, to deduct improperly awarded points, to invalidate improperly issued Rewards Dollars issued from such accounts, as well as to terminate the membership and decline to permit anyone we believe is associated with the resale activity, or the account, to enroll in any Rewards or other program, if we so desire. Allen Edmonds has sole discretion over whether to deem any purchase a “purchase for resale”.
Allen Edmonds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void Rewards Dollars sent due to error, fraud or misuse of the COLLECTORS Program.
Eligible Collectors will receive a bonus benefit valid during their birthday month. In order to be deemed eligible for Birthday Rewards, a Collector must have made a transaction in the past 12 months. Accurate Birthday data is required.
Extras are additional points-earnings opportunities that may include, but are not limited to Bonus points for BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE recrafting, customization, and reviews. They may appear in your account, be offered for limited time, or removed once used.
BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE Bonus Points. Pick it up your way, in-store or curbside, and Collectors are eligible to receive 150 bonus points for completing a Free In-Store Pickup transaction. Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours after the order is picked up. One Hundred and Fifty bonus points will be applied once, for each order that has at least one item indicated as “BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE,” regardless of how many items in the order. There is no limit to the number of In-Store Pickup orders that are eligible for 150 bonus points. The return of all items in an In-Store Pickup transaction will result in the 150 bonus points being removed from your account. LIMITED TIME OFFER.
CUSTOMIZATION Bonus Points. Collectors are eligible to receive 150 bonus points for completing a transaction where a customization is added through the Customer Shop. Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours after the order is shipped (may take up to 8 weeks). There is no limit to the number of customized orders that are eligible for 150 bonus points. Items with customizations are final and cannot be returned.
RECRAFTING Bonus Points. Collectors are eligible to receive 150 bonus points for completing a transaction where a Recraft is Completed. Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours after the order is shipped. There is no limit to the number of recrafted orders that are eligible for 150 bonus points.
Rewards Dollars Redemption
To redeem Rewards Dollars at an Allen Edmonds store or online at AllenEdmonds.com or shoebank.com, simply sign in to your account to access your available Rewards Dollars at the time of purchase. To redeem at allenedmonds.com or shoebank.com, first sign in to Your Account. After signing in, you can redeem Rewards Dollars from cart, checkout, or your account Rewards page. Online orders can only be shipped within the 50 United States; orders cannot ship internationally, or to U.S. territories/commonwealths.
Rewards Dollars may be used one time only.
Collectors will not receive credit, change or cash back for partially redeemed Rewards Dollars and any unused portion will be forfeited. For example, if you use a $20 Rewards Dollars towards a $15 purchase, you will not receive $5 in change or cash back and will not receive a $5 credit toward any future purchase.
Rewards Dollars have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred, reproduced or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
Rewards Dollars must be used by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the stated expiration date or they will have no value and cannot be presented for redemption.
Rewards Dollars will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. A Collector can, however, access available Rewards Dollars online under Your Account on the mobile or desktop site.
Earned Rewards Dollars will be applied across individual items purchased during an in-store transaction. If an item is returned from an in-store transaction the value of the earned Rewards Dollars used on the individually returned item(s) will be credited back to Your Account in the form of points. If only one item exists in the transaction and that item is returned the entire value of the earned Rewards Dollars will be credited back to Your Account in the form of points. This excludes gifted Rewards Dollars such as Birthday Rewards Dollars and Bonus Rewards Dollars.
Earned Rewards Dollars will be deducted from the subtotal when applied to cart on an online transaction. If multiple items are purchased, but only one item is returned, the points will remain applied to the non-returned items in the transaction. To the extent the value of the Earned Rewards Dollars exceeds the amount of the non-returned items in the transaction, the value of the earned Rewards Dollars will be credited back to Your Account in the form of points. This excludes gifted Rewards Dollars such as Birthday Rewards Dollars and Bonus Rewards Dollars.
If earned Rewards Dollars are redeemed on a purchase and items from that purchase are returned, Points equal to the value of the redeemed Rewards Dollars will be credited to your account and new Rewards Dollars may be re-issued. This may take up to 48 hours for all points and Rewards Dollars to process.
Rewards Dollars cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Altered Rewards Dollars that are reproduced, brokered and/or sold are void.
Rewards Dollars may not be used for the purchase of gift cards/certificates.
Rewards Dollars is redeemable only by the member to whom it was issued.
Free Standard Shipping in the contiguous United States for Allen Edmonds Collectors, no minimum purchase amount required. You must be signed in to your account during checkout to receive Free Standard Shipping. Free Standard Shipping is not available when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please note: only Standard Shipping is available for orders that include the purchase of Online-Only items and/or gift cards (must ship via Expedited Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii).
Customers must be of the age of majority in their state of residence and have a valid U.S. mailing address or email address to participate (“Eligible Customer”) in the COLLECTORS Program.
Memberships and points are not transferable and cannot be assigned or combined.
Points expire after 24 months if the member has not made a transaction; however the account is still valid.
Collectors who have not made a transaction in 24 months may be sent an email notification that they have points that are set to expire. If a transaction is not made by the stated date, points will be forfeited.
All dollar values referred to in these COLLECTORS Program Terms and Conditions are in U.S. currency.
Employees of Allen Edmonds or its parent or affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate. Membership is also not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual.
Current Collectors are not allowed to re-enroll and obtain additional Collectors account numbers.
Allen Edmonds reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the program and/or these COLLECTORS Program Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw membership (including any points accumulated and/or Rewards Dollars) and/or modify an individual’s membership. Allen Edmonds will have no liability to any Collector and is automatically released from all claims by Collectors in respect of such actions.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service as described below. All accumulated points, Rewards and contact preferences will be removed from your account.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these COLLECTORS Program Terms and Conditions and the administration of the program, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be resolved by Allen Edmonds in its sole discretion. All such decisions shall be final and binding on all Collectors.
Allen Edmonds and its parent and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) make no warranty and provide no conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the program, membership in the program, Rewards Dollars or any products or services related to the program.
By participating in the COLLECTORS Program, each Collector releases the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, legal and attorney’s fees) relating to that member’s participation in the program, use of Rewards Dollars, or agreement to these COLLECTORS Program Terms and Conditions.
These COLLECTORS Program Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Allen Edmonds that arises in whole or in part from your participation in the COLLECTORS Program shall be filed and decided exclusively in the state courts in St. Louis County, Missouri, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
