Standard Ground Shipping: FREE on domestic U.S. orders over $100

Estimated arrival: 3-7 business days. Orders will be shipped standard ground transportation by FedEx Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Expedited Shipping:

Estimated arrival: Second business day. Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 9 AM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Rush Shipping:

Estimated arrival: Next business day (pm). Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Rush orders placed before 9 AM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Shipment Timing:

Your order may ship in multiple packages at no cost to you as your items become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. All orders placed after 9:00 am CT will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

Please note, ONLY IN STOCK items are available for expedited and rush shipping so please check your item's availability before selecting your shipping option.

Returns Policy

 

 

At Allen Edmonds our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products purchased on our site or in our store may be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is unused and accompanied by the packing slip or original Allen Edmonds receipt. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. Seasonal and clearance styles may be returned within 90 days of purchase if unused and accompanied by the packing slip or original Allen Edmonds receipt.

 

At this time orders that were purchased using Zip can only be returned online. If preferred, you may bring your return in store and an associate can package your return and send it in for you.

 

There is a restocking fee of $25 per pair on Factory Second returns.

 

Returning Items by Mail:

We are pleased to offer free returns on all domestic U.S. orders with the exception of Factory Second shoes. All orders placed on AllenEdmonds.com are shipped with a packing slip that includes a return form. Please complete all required fields, noting the reason for your return and enclose it with the item in the original packaging. If you have any questions regarding our return process please contact our customer service team at 1-877-817-7615.

 

International customers must mark the package "U.S. Goods Returned" in the description box on the airway bill when returning a product. Customers are responsible for filing for a refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency.

Please note that in-store purchases paid by cash and returned by mail can only receive a refund by check or merchandise credit, please indicate your preference on your return papers. For more information, please review our refund policy.

 

Returning Online Items In Person:

You may also return products purchased through AllenEdmonds.com to any Allen Edmonds Store. Be sure to bring along your packing slip and the original packaging. Third party retailers and vendors do not accept returns for purchases made on AllenEdmonds.com or at an Allen Edmonds Store. Find a store near you

 

Please note that PayPal purchases that are returned at an Allen Edmonds store location will only be eligible for store credit.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Any shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your return is received to process.* If an in-store purchase is returned via mail, your refund will be in the form of a merchandise credit or check. You may have your preference noted with your return or by contacting customer service. PayPal purchases must be returned via mail if you wish to receive a credit to your Paypal account. All other returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or merchandise credit.
