Buy online, pick-up in store is easy, fast, and convenient. Whether you’re traveling or just need something quickly. We can have your items ready for pick-up with in a couple of hours after you place your order. And if you’re an Allen Edmonds Collector using store pickup, log in before you checkout to receive a bonus reward.
Orders typically ready within 3 hours. All locations offer in-store pickup on in-stock items. In-store pickup is available during business hours, click HERE to find store hours and locations.
Once your order is placed and you have received your confirmation email, follow the directions stated to pick-up your items.

What is your return policy?Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with a link to track your package once your order has shipped. The subject line will read "Allen Edmonds Shipping Acknowledgement."
Can you tell me what size to buy?At Allen Edmonds, we believe the right fit is vitally important. If you are a first-time Allen Edmonds customer, we recommend a professional fitting by an Allen Edmonds associate at your nearest retail location or an authorized Allen Edmonds dealer. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed, however, we do have a 90 day return policy and offer free return shipping for your peace of mind. Do you ship internationally?
We are pleased to offer international shipping in partnership with Borderfree. From our website, simply click the "Ship To" link at the top of our homepage. What is Zip (formerly known as QuadPay)?
Zip is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. Zip automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. Zip empowers you to buy now, pay over time and avoid interest repayments.
At this time Zip is not available when purchasing special make-ups or backorder product.
How much do you charge for shipping?Allen Edmonds ships standard ground delivery and the shipping cost is $8.95 with free shipping on purchases over $100 (after discounts and offers are applied).
